Each session is with either Dr. Baxter Hickey, Dr. Sebastien DeSouza, or Dr. Nathan Boon. Sessions are done using Zoom, so that we can work together from all around the world.

Students typically come with specific questions or topics they wish to cover. This allows us to work through the content you want! Additionally, we also review performance reports if you were unsuccessful on an exam attempt.

Tutoring Sessions Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

To ensure fairness to both our tutors and students, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancelled or rescheduled tutoring sessions.

Policy Details

• Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a $100 cancellation fee.

• Missed appointments (“no-shows”) will also incur the $100 fee.

• We understand that unexpected situations can happen, so each student will receive one complimentary late cancellation or missed session (“freebie”) before the policy is enforced.

• Exceptions may be made in cases of extenuating circumstances, at the discretion of the tutor.

Why Do We Have This Policy?

Reserved tutoring times are held specifically for each student, and late cancellations often prevent us from offering that time to another student in need of support. This policy helps us respect our tutors’ time and maintain scheduling availability for all clients.
